F&M Middle East was appointed to design a sub-phase of a larger masterplan dedicated to the residential component of this major development. The area will encompass the sales gallery that will cater to potential customers, 2 show villas and a plot of about 48,202 sqm that will house 3 villa typologies totaling 55 villas. The villas range from 395 sqm to 650 sqm, and the styles range from luxurious, high end contemporary design to more family orientated with a more traditional feel. There will be a skate park and a communal garden dedicated to the residents.
