Ras al hamra masterplan peer review
Ras Al Hamra Development project is a 28 hectare sustainable city project developed for Petroleum Development of Oman (PDO) that consists of a mix of apartments, town-houses, terraced houses and villas, which is being redeveloped to accommodate the growing needs of the PDO workforce and their families.
The main objective of the study is to analyze the existing data, conduct site-surveys and review the proposed master-plan designs in relation to the needs and requirements of the client.
