MOVENPICK – MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT
The Client intends to develop a mixed used Development in the South Mawaleh Area. Using the context as inspiration, and going beyond the requested BUA, F&M was able to fulfill the full requirements of the Client. Total BUA is 77,700 sqm, 245 keys (4-star hotel), 125 units (serviced apartments), 55 units (Residential). There is also retail on multiple floors. The design is characterized by an inviting sunken plaza area of which is open to public, and encouraging multiple activities, as well as emphasising the “Wellness” Model being pursued by the Client.
