F&M Middle East was appointed for the completion of 2packages for the Jebel Sifah Zone C Villas. The scope included NDT testing for existing villas that suffered from structural issues. Package 1 is for one mock-up villa with 4 units (to be completed end of May 2018 including the tender documents). Package 2 consists of the design development and tender documentation of the remaining villa typologies. There are 42 units in total and three villa types.
