Madayn has expanded the new upcoming logistic area of Ibri from the current area of 3 million sq.m to 10 million sq.m. Madayn is envisioning 4 major clusters (workshops, light industry, medium industry & warehouses) and aiming to commence phase 1 up tp 3 million sqm with usable area is approx. 2,00,000 sq.m (as fitting with the budget).

F&M is providing Project Management, Master Plan Design for the entire development full infrastructural, utilities and road design for phase 1 which is 3 million sq.m, cost estimate, tender documentation, studies and surveys and developmental control manual.
