The masterplan elements form and shape concept was inspired by the surrounding unique nature, borrowing the organic lines from Duqm’s Rock Garden to gen-erate a porous cylindrical form & configuration that identifies the concept of community and unit living.

The masterplan is designed with 2 main strong circular configuration that host the male studio apartment building in an open cylinder form with 3 axes surrounding a multi functional communal court, the other circular configuration is the town houses surrounding the recreational park. 

The masterplan network was designed following SEZAD road guidelines, with 20m width, the road integrates pedestrian walkways, cycling paths and dry utilities below. The road is 1 lane carriage way with 3m wide/lane.
The sense of community is achieved by creating a network that is linked with all public amenities and open spaces.
