His Excellency Dr. Saud bin Hamoud Al Habsi, Minister of of Agriculture, Fisheries Wealth & Water Resources, and His Excellency Qais bin Mohammed Al Yousef, Minister of Commerce, Industry, and Investment Promotion conducted a meeting in Al Dhahira Governate to explore the current and future projects, and the incentives offered to the investors.

The visit was attended by His Excellency Dr. Saleh bin Said Masan, Undersecretary in the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion and Chairman of Madayn’s board of directors; Hilal bin Hamad Al Hasani, CEO of Madayn; and a number of business owners, industrialists, shareholders and investors.

Hazem Abdul Karim, CEO of F&M Middle East represented the company in the meeting, presenting Infrastructure design works of Ibri Industrial City project conducted by the company.

F&M Middle East was assigned as the main consultant, project manager & cost consultant to the project. The project will span over an area of 10,000,000 sqm in Wilayat Ibri in Al Dhahira Governate.

Ibri Industrial City will offer a variety of light & medium activities including workshops, commercial areas, administrative offices, industrial workshops, and warehouses, in addition to supporting facilities & residential areas dedicated to workers.  

The project aims to boost and support the national economy by attracting foreign investments into the Sultanate and localizing the national capital; contributing to stimulating the private sector to achieve sustainable economic and social development.
